Can I disable notification banners globally for all users?

Context

Users may notice notification banners appearing on the tracked runs page within stacks. While these banners provide important information, some organizations may want to manage these notifications at an organizational level.

Answer

Currently, notification banners cannot be disabled at an organizational level. However, individual users can manage their notification preferences through the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Personal Settings

  2. Select Notifications Customization

  3. Adjust notification preferences as desired

Note: This setting is user-specific and will need to be configured by each user individually. If you're interested in organization-wide banner control, you can submit a feature request through our feedback portal.
