Available Authentication Methods for Logging Into Spacelift

Spacelift supports two authentication methods for logging into your account:

  1. Initial Identity Provider (IDP) - This is the provider you selected during account creation (such as GitHub)

  2. Single Sign-On (SSO) - Once configured, users must authenticate through your organization's SSO provider using either:

    • OIDC

    • SAML

Spacelift does not support username/password authentication. If you remove SSO access, you will need to use your initial IDP credentials to log in.
